Hyderabad, Feb 12 : A local court today remanded four persons including a Telugu film producer and a Nigerian, who were arrested in connection with purchase and sale of cocaine, to 14-days judicial custody, police said.
Telugu film producer Murali Srinivas, his assistant and production manager P Rambabu, disc jockey Bhanu Chander alias Nash whose father is a retired top-level bureaucrat and a Nigerian national Daniel Fernandez were nabbed from Jubilee Hills Check-Post here yesterday while they were allegedly dealing in drugs and the police seized cocaine weighing 305 grams from their possession.
"All the four accused were today produced before the residence of 17th Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate (ACMM) who sent them to two-weeks judicial custody," a police officer told PTI tonight.
