July 27: “It was by Gods grace that our children had a narrow escape,otherwise we would have lost them.The construction work was going on without any supervision during school hours.The school authorities and the contractor are responsible for the accident,” said Mr Mohammed Ayoob,a parent,whose daughter had stitches to her head.The district educational officer,Mr E.Balakesaraiah,said that he had inspected the site and looked into the incident.He added that he would initiate actions against those responsible once a police report was submitted.“Once the police submit the report,I will initiate actions against the headmaster if necessar
