Hyderabad, Jan. 24: The Shamshabad police arrested a former employee of Anti-Corruption Bureau for possessing a fake UK residential permit after he was deported back to Hyderabad. The suspect Ranga Rao was trying to go to UK.
The Cyberabad Commissioner of Police, Mr Ch.D. Tirumala Rao said that the accused who worked as a clerk in ACB took voluntary retirement in 2004.
Later he went to UK and stayed there till 2008 on visa. After the visa expired he took a permit and stayed back. He came to India recently and was going back to UK via Dubai. Airport officials in Dubai questioned the genuineness of the travel documents of Ranga Rao and deported him back.
